I'm sorry to say that I have not been able to develop a truly online registration form that meets the needs of you, the interpreter, and our Regional Site Coordinators.

However, we have found an easier way for you to submit your Registration for workshops:

Step One:  Click on the email address of the your Regional Site Coordinator.

This will open your email program, and address it to your Regional Site Coordinator.  You may also want to cc: yourself so you can print out the workshops you have registered for.

Step Two:  Add your Subject, and contact information.

For the Subject, put "Workshop Registration for," and then whatever month(s) you are registering for.

PLEASE (!) Make sure that you also include your contact information: Your Name, Address, Town/City, State, Zip, and County that you live your oreferred email address and phone number you prefer to be contacted at in the event of sudden cancellation or postponement.  The regional site Coordinators will double check your information with the information in our database to ensure it is up to date, and that you receive the confirmation and directions when the workshop occurs.

Example

Step Three: Minimize the Email program (DON'T QUIT OUT!)

Now you can see the Workshop Registration Schedule page.

Step Four:  Highlight the Text of the first workshop you wish to register for, and Copy it

(From the Edit Menu, or use CTRL-C for PCs, or z-C for Macintoshs.)
Be careful not to accidently "click" the workshop title!

Step Five:  Maximize the Email program, select the newly created email to your Regional Site Coordinator.

Step Six:  Paste the text you copied.

(From the Edit Menu, or use CTRL-V for PCs, or z-V for Macintoshs.)  The result should look like this:

Example

Step Seven:  Repeat Steps Three through Six to register for additional workshops.

Step Eight:  Double Check your work!  :)

The end result should look something like this...

Step Nine: Send the email.

And that's all there is to it!

NOTE:  Notice that I am sending this email to Sam in the Western Region, but I am signing up for Semantic Integrity at Broome-Tioga BOCES, which is in Central/North/Hudson Valley Region.  Regardless of where the workshop is being offered, ALWAYS sign up with YOUR Regional Site Coordinator.  They will forward your application to the appropriate Regional Site.
